Orders are typically shipped out the next day, but delays are possible as that hats need to be made by hand. Shipping time may vary, depending on the country the goods are shipped to.
We have a very customer-first “returns and exchange policy”. Typically, if it’s our fault – we’ll make it right. If you’ve made a mistake in your order, we ask that you return the item to us and we’ll ship you a replacement. The bought goods can be returned within 14 days after the purchase. The original purchase amount will be refunded to you within 14 days after we received your returned items. Unfortunately we are not able to offer free returns yet, so you will have to pay for the return yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. So if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To be eligible for a return, the goods should be in their original packaging, unworn, absolutely undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. If the goods already have been used, washed, damaged or if the labels have been removed, we are not obligated to accept the return.
STAP 1: Stuur ons een e-mail op email@example.com voor de retourbon en de verzendinstructies
STAP 2: Zorg ervoor dat u de kassabon of het aankoopbewijs samen met de retourbon in de verpakking toevoegt.
STAP 3: Verzending te verpakken volgens de verzendinstructies en houd het verzendtbewijs bij totdat we hebben bevestigd dat we uw pakket hebben ontvangen.
STAP 4: Once the goods are inspected we will notify you by mail if the return is accepted or rejected.
Sale items cannot be refunded, only the regular priced goods can.
